As a Store Sales Executive, you will be the face of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining store operations, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.
- **Sales and Revenue**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the store management.
- Promote and upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized solutions.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Follow store procedures for merchandise handling, including receiving and displaying products.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other store team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Support training and mentoring of new team members as required.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Assist in executing store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales strategies, and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 kg.
- Capable of performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and reaching.
