Job overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Artist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our creative and product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations that align with both creative vision and technical specifications.

This role requires proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent, along with a solid understanding of the end-to-end 3D production pipeline. The 3D Artist will work closely with subject-matter experts and product designers to visualize complex

STEM concepts, including Robotics, Space & Astronomy, Aerospace, and Computer Science,

and transform them into visually engaging, educational 3D content for E-learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality 3D models, environments, textures, and animations aligned with

project requirements.

  • Create realistic lighting and rendering setups for visually appealing outputs.
  • Design interactive elements and animated visualizations to explain complex STEM

concepts.

E-Learning Visuals

  • Build educational 3D assets to demonstrate mechanical structures, robotics workflows,

spacecraft designs, coding logic, and scientific simulations.

  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate curriculum content into visual learning

modules.

  • Ensure the 3D outputs are optimized for LMS platforms, AR/VR, or interactive learning

apps.

Pipeline & Optimization

  • Maintain a clean and efficient 3D pipeline, including UV mapping, rigging, and asset

optimization for performance.

  • Organize and manage asset libraries, textures, and reusable templates.

Collaboration & Review

  • Work closely with the Curriculum team and product designer to integrate 3D visuals into

the final learning content.

  • Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions, refining visuals to achieve the best

educational and aesthetic outcomes.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with emerging 3D technologies (e.g., Unreal Engine, AR/VR design) and

apply innovative techniques to improve learning experiences.

  • Experiment with new visual approaches for STEM education to make complex topics more

engaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation,

lighting, and rendering.

  • Experience creating educational or technical visualizations (STEM-related content is a plus).
  • Understanding of AR/VR asset creation is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous works.(Its mandatory)
