Role Description

We are seeking a Real Time Analyst - Dialer for a full-time, on-site role located in Thane. The Real Time Analyst will monitor and manage the organization's dialer system to ensure optimized performance. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing workforce data, managing agent schedules, and implementing efficient call flows to enhance productivity. This role requires collaboration with team leads and management to meet service level agreements and adapt to real-time scenarios, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Workforce Planning and Management, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or knowledge in using workforce management tools like eWFM.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle real-time challenges effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
