Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Professional located in Thane. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property requirements, arranging and conducting property site visits, building and maintaining relationships with property developers and clients, and assisting in negotiations and closings. The candidate will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends and providing personalized real estate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management and communication
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and investment opportunities
  • Ability to conduct site visits and deliver detailed property insights
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the Thane, Mulund, and South Bombay real estate markets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate or CRM software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
