Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into signed agreements. If you have hands-on experience in closing residential or commercial deals and can guide clients smoothly from inquiry to handshake, you'll feel right at home in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead follow-up to final closing.
- Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Keep accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven deal-closing experience in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver effective solutions.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Ready to travel for site visits within Thane and nearby locations.
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Working Location: Thane.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
