  • Assist in documentation, agreements, and collections as per company policies.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and prepare reports as required.

  • Ensure timely reminders for payments, documentation, and project-related milestones.

  • Organize and support customer site visits, possession processes, and handover activities.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and help maintain strong long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 3 to 4 years of relevant CRM experience in the real estate industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Customer-focused, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
