Job Title: DM/ Manager – Leasing (Food Court)

Location - Fun Republic, Level 1, Off New Link Rd, opp. Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West,
Mumbai 400053

Working days – 5 Days (All Saturdays and Sundays off)

Work Timings – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Responsibilities:

Ø  Identify, approach, and secure suitable F&B tenants for the food court.

Ø  Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach.

Ø  Conduct site visits with potential tenants and present food court features and footfall data.

Ø  Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements in line with company policies and revenue targets.

Ø  Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Ø  Track lease expiry, renewals, and rental escalations.

Ø  Identifying the nonperforming retailers and taking corrective measures to improve their performance.

Ø  Act as the primary point of contact for food court tenants for operational or leasing concerns.

Ø  Coordinate tenant fit-out process in collaboration with the design/technical team.

Ø  Handle tenant grievances professionally and ensure high tenant satisfaction.

Ø  Analyze customer demographics and sales data to recommend tenant mix improvements.

Ø  Ensure a balanced mix of cuisines and brands to maximize footfall and customer satisfaction.

Ø  Monitor market trends and competitor activity to remain ahead in leasing strategies.

Ø  Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue performance, and leasing pipeline.

Ø  Track leasing KPIs including occupancy rate, average rent per , and revenue per outlet.

Ø  Provide inputs for annual budget planning and leasing forecasts.


Candidate Requirement:

Ø  Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.

Ø  MBA or equivalent preferred.

Ø  3–6 years of experience in retail leasing, ideally with exposure to food courts or F&B leasing.

Ø  Familiarity with mall operations or commercial real estate leasing preferred.

Ø  Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ø  Knowledge of F&B brands and food retail trends.

Ø  Relationship management and client servicing mindset.

Ø  Commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.

Ø  Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software (if applicable).
