Designation: Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) – Sales and Marketing

Experience - Fresher

Qualifications – B. Tech in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering & MBA in sales & Marketing. (Only candidate with these above specifications are applicable)

Job Location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Pune, Kerala, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata

Job profile :

  1. Assist the Sales and Marketing team in promoting and selling Company products.

  2. Work with senior professionals to learn sales processes, marketing strategies, and product knowledge.

  3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

  4. Support the sales team in engaging with existing and new customers through calls, emails, and meetings.

  5. Help prepare sales reports (MIS) and client proposals/offers.

Requirements :

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Interest in sales and marketing functions.

  3. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
