Experience Required:

Minimum 1 to 6 years in a similar role (Back Office / Sales Coordination)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Handle sales data, order processing, and follow-ups.

Maintain and manage back office documentation

Prepare reports, MIS, and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Provide customer support as and when required.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus

Strong data entry and documentation skills

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati

Basic English communication skills preferred Work Type:
