Education Qualification:

Any Graduate

Salary:

₹15 LPA and above

Experience:

Minimum 7 years

Approvals, Land and substation finalisation:

• Identification of substation based on its load flow study.
• Identification of relevant land aggregators to assist in land selection.
• Identification of land near substation.
• Submission of detailed land comparison report based on site visits.
• Understanding land bank availability and conducting feasibility studies, meeting local farmers, SDO to check if there are any problems for buying/ leasing of land.
• Conducting Due diligence of land and ensuring all required documents are collected from farmers.
• Finalisation of plant boundaries.
• Checking project feasibility like ROW, railway tracks, line crossings issues etc.
• Understanding of all government bodies involved in the approval process.
• Applying for connectivity and providing all the details required.
• Submission of all the project related statutory applications and maintaining its tracker.
• Ensure timely statutory compliances.
• Follow-ups with government agencies for approvals.
• Maintaining repository of all the approvals and related documentation

Liaising and approvals:

• Meeting government agencies for liaising activities.
• Liaising with official for the Open Access and project related approvals.
• Estimating risks to work in the state and suggesting mitigations, if any.

Coordinating with Other Departments:

• Coordinating with sales team regarding client metering, connectivity with SLDC / Transco/Discom for consumption, due diligence, etc.
• Coordinating with sales team regarding doubts raised by clients and issuing clarifications.

Project execution:

• Ensuring that all approvals are received from Government agencies.
• Ensuring the land and approvals are received as scheduled.
• Updating Management on timely risks at Solar, WSH, ISTS Parks and mitigating them.
• Co-ordinate with project team for timely execution.
• Support ROW clearance related to Transmission line and land.
