Production Engineer Skills & Ability
Production engineers evaluate the machinery and procedures used in production by applying their analytical capabilities. Qualifications & Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the supplier quality engineering field within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong self-responsibility, planning, and organizational skills.
Flexible schedule to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Analytical problem solving and effective decision-making skills.
Ability to perform multi-tasks with multiple priorities within a designated time frame.
Broad understanding and application of the automotive industry standards.
Ability to understand and meet diverse backgrounds of customers' needs and global business.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in both exercising company decisions and carrying out essential job duties that affect efficient business operations and its objectives, policies, practices, and conditions.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Experience with SAP system preferred.
Possess technical skills and knowledge of quality control systems in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Understand Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
High level of knowledge and Manufacturing experience of exterior commodity products as Bumpers, Side Mirrors, Moldings, Garnishes, Front end modules, Roof racks, etc.
Preferred experience in assembly, fit & finish evaluation, injection molding and paint process, color harmony and appearance approval.

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools.
Driving requirements:

For positions requiring a personal vehicle: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum age of 18.
For positions requiring a company vehicle: Valid driver's license, minimum age of 21, and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
