Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support regarding Upstrol Health Care's products and services. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions within the required timelines.
- Maintain customer records, logs, and reports properly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts, etc.) for customer-related requests.
- Assist in order processing, tracking, returns, and replacement queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the concerned department.
- Support in improving customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Basic Degree (Any discipline).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
