Position Overview
We are seeking a
Quality Analyst – Sales Call Monitoring
to ensure excellence in our sales operations. The role involves evaluating sales calls, identifying communication or process gaps, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales call recordings against defined quality standards.
- Identify communication gaps, process deviations, and missed opportunities.
- Document findings in structured reports with clear, actionable feedback.
- Partner with sales managers to implement improvements and training.
- Track agent progress over time to measure impact of quality interventions.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, compliance, and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce/Communication preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in
quality analysis, call monitoring, or sales/customer service roles
. - Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi required; additional languages an advantage).
- Familiarity with
CRM tools, call monitoring software, and reporting systems
. - Ability to deliver feedback in a constructive, motivating manner.
