These workers are responsible for customer interaction, rule enforcement, and maintaining the integrity of gaming operations, often requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:Greet customers, explain game rules, answer questions, and address complaints to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Game Operations:Deal cards for table games, monitor slot machines for issues, manage money and chips, and disburse payouts to winners.
  • Rule Enforcement:Observe patrons and dealers for violations of casino policies or gambling regulations and report irregularities to supervisors or security.
  • Safety and Security:Monitor for safety hazards, enforce safety rules, and maintain the integrity of the games and the establishment.
  • Maintenance:Perform minor repairs on slot machines and monitor all machines for malfunctions.
  • Operational Support:Circulate the casino floor to ensure games and operations run smoothly and assist with other gaming activities like bingo and keno.
