Job Overview

We are a Civil Contracting Firm specialized in Public Works Projects, and we are looking for a dedicated and honest Supervisor Cum Driver to join our team. The role demands a task-oriented mindset, Problem solving, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to take charge both in supervising and in vehicle operation when required..

Responsibilities

    1. Supervise day-to-day civil work activities at project sites.
    1. Coordinate with labour teams, site engineers, and in-charge personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
  • 3.Manage and monitor site tools, equipment, and machinery with accountability..
    1. Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to materials, machinery, and tools
    1. Operate company vehicles (Dumper, Mazda, Nissan, or equivalent) when required.
    1. Ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation and site compliance.
    1. Act as a point of contact with local communities near project sites.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on civil projects.
  • Valid driving license with ability to operate heavy vehicles (Dumper, Mazda, Nissan, etc.).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage labour teams effectively
  • Honest, job-oriented, and willing to relocate/move as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
