Site Supervisor

Homework Living is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee interior and furniture installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth on-site execution from start to finish.
Location: Calicut
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and the production team.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and material delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design and safety standards.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and maintain clear communication with the office team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior or furniture installation projects.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and joinery work.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and meet deadlines.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
