Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project progress, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing construction sites and coordinating with workers, contractors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed at all times.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Handle minor on-site issues and resolve them promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (construction field preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle on-site challenges.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.
