Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Kozhikode. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality control. This role involves managing site documentation, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues that arise during construction. Collaboration with the design team to ensure project requirements are met is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Site Supervision, Project Management, and Quality Control
  • Knowledge of Interior Design, Materials, and Finishes
  • Proficiency in Reading Blueprints and Understanding Construction Plans
  • Excellent Communication and Team Coordination Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Previous experience in interior construction or related field is a plus
