  • Efficient in recruiting and Sourcing for IT/Technical Hiring across Sector's PAN India Location's
  • Expertise in using recruiting tools Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Times Jobs, Indeed .
  • Handling Technical Hiring daily on Various Skill sets for lateral Hiring and submitting within deadlines for all Vanilla and Niche Skills .
  • Giving 2-4 Closures/Offers a month .
  • Deep Understanding in Job Descriptions shared by Clients and Technical Skills Manadates as required while searching Right Candidates .
  • Should have Hand's on in Sourcing and Placing Candidates on various Tech Skills for Full Time and C2H Hiring for Vanilla and Niche Hiring like Java , Oracle, SAP, .NET , Fullstack and various other skills and Niche Hiring .
  • Interacting with clients to get the interview schedule for short-listed candidates and making sure that candidate should not be a 'No-Show' by constant follow-up.
  • Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
  • Strictly follows daily submissions:
  • Can get work done Proficient in Resume editing and formatting.
  • Coordinated on boarding of new hired .
  • Updated daily activities, interviews, submissions, client interviews, placement details.
  • Knowledge of the use of social media in recruitment.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
