Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Technical Recruiter located in Plano, TX. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for technical roles. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The Technical Recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
