Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting for the Middle East or Gulf regions and a solid understanding of technical IT roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and place candidates for technical positions.
  • Client & Candidate Interaction: Work closely with hiring managers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, especially in the Middle East/Gulf region.
  • Database Management: Maintain an active candidate pool for current and future openings.


Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in IT recruitment.
  • Regional Experience: Prior exposure to Middle East or Gulf recruitment.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
