Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will drive the company's online sales strategy, manage digital platforms, and oversee online sales campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences. The role also includes monitoring competitor strategies, ensuring streamlined inventory management, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams are key components of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with experience in online sales strategies and digital platform management
  • Proven Sales and business development abilities, with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers
  • Ability to drive customer-centric strategies and innovate to improve the online shopping experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience with e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics is highly desirable
