Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance for our products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities·

Support commissioning, start-up, and handover of BMS and control systems, ensuring operation aligns with design intent

· Execute functional performance tests: point-to-point checks, sensor calibration, sequence-of-operations verification

· Troubleshoot hardware (controllers, actuators, sensors) and software (PLC/DDC logic), working with contractors and integrators

· Coordinate Factory & Site Acceptance Tests

· Document all commissioning activities: test scripts, checklists, reports, punch lists, handover packages

· Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute, BACnet/Modbus protocols)

· Collaborate across teams—engineering, MEP contractors, project managers—and maintain clear communication with clients
