Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Account Manager (Meta Ads) to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring Meta ad campaigns are executed seamlessly — on time, on budget, and on strategy. This role demands strong operational coordination, performance insight, and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular operational and performance reports.
- Conduct digital audits to ensure project consistency, process adherence, and delivery quality.
- Review deliverables (campaigns, content, creatives) for accuracy, format, and timelines before final delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation of client feedback, team coordination, timelines, and project dependencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, feedback, and expectations.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, performance, and strategy teams for campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
- Maintain and monitor campaign trackers, performance reports, and documentation for smooth operations.
- Analyze data and prepare insightful reports and recommendations to drive campaign success.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Meta ad guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and performance results.
- Support the operations team in refining processes and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing operations, or Meta ad campaign management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. Ie Asana Tool
- Experience with project management.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
