· This role will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific Compliance team, supporting South Asia business, particularly Bangladesh, Pakistan & GBS Bangalore.

· Act as an accessible, visible, and reliable subject matter expert, providing guidance to the business in meeting compliance requirements and navigating relevant regulatory obligations.

We are looking for someone:

· Preferably with at least 2 years total professional experience, with main focus on Compliance including Healthcare Compliance related matters

· Knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, general ABC codes and practices and specific knowledge of the legislation in the local territory for which the ECO is based.

· Certification in Risk Management, Compliance and/or FCPA or equivalent/similar regulations will be desirable

· Must be willing to travel to Bangalore (~ quarterly)
