Counsellor – CSR Project

Location: Dhanbad (CSR Project Region)

Experience: 2.5 – 3.4 years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to support our CSR Skill Development Project in Dhanbad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide career counselling and orientation for all enrolled candidates
  • Guide candidates on training selection, career growth, and placement opportunities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for candidates and parents
  • Support candidates in overcoming personal, academic, or motivational challenges
  • Coordinate closely with the mobilization and training team to achieve project outcomes
  • Maintain MIS, documentation, and counselling records as per project standards
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with enrolled candidates to monitor progress and attendance
