_**Admission Counsellor**_

**Role**: Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through consultation and counselling

You are a proven sales performer adept in direct to consumer consultative sales. You are comfortable working with products which require focused nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast.

**What will you be doing?**
- Counselling experienced professionals, helping them plan their career path and making them understand how WE can catalyze their career.
- Carrying weekly enrolment / revenue and collection
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes, making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team o n lead quality
- Proactively identifying cross selling/up selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

**What are we looking for?**
- Individual with outstanding communication (written verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Financial Product sales preferred (EdTech sales would be an
- Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.
- Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who ca n bond with our potential learners.
- Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking feedback,

prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
- Passion to delive r the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel) is preferable.

What are your deliverables / KPI’s?
- Minimum 2 enrollment per week.
- Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.

**Timings : 10 :00 am 7 :00 pm**

**6 days working ( 1 days rotational week off)**

**Education Qualification: Graduate**

**Location : City Centre, Dhanbad**

**Remuneration : 1.5 LPA 3 LPA**
