**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of the student acquisition process.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective students, parents, or guardians seeking information about educational programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- Address concerns, clarify doubts, and offer solutions to ensure a positive experience for each caller.
- Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through the process.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders internally and facilitate query resolution for Students and their families.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience
- Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream. MBA is an added advantage
- Proficient in Spoken and written English, Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to work under pressure and perform to achieve given targets.
- Good MS Office skills, presentation skills and working experience on any admission CRM will be an edge.
- Confident, multi-tasking, self-starter, presentable and outspoken
- Open to travel occasionally for outreach activities
