**Job Title**: Telecaller / Education Counsellor

**Location**: Ranchi (Office-based)

**Language Required**: Hindi (mandatory), English (basic preferred)

We are looking for motivated **Telecallers** and **Education Counsellors** to join our team at _Margdarshan Solution, Ranchi_. You will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining available courses and colleges, and guiding students and parents towards informed admission decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain educational courses, colleges, and scholarship options (like E-Kalyan).
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with interested students.
- Maintain proper records of calls and conversions.
- Counsel students and provide admission support based on their career goals.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards students and guardians.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand student needs and offer solutions.
- Prior experience in counselling, telesales, or education sector is a plus.
