Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Business Development Officer with 1 to 4 years of experience to drive sales and grow our client base. The role involves lead generation, handling online bidding platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru), and managing client relationships. You will work closely with the technical team to present tailored IT solutions to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and online portals
- Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Managing and updating CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Client communication, proposal writing, and follow-ups
- Achieving sales targets and reporting progress.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with IT services (web/mobile development, SaaS, etc.)
- Prior experience with online bidding platforms.
