About the Role

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers to manage retail and distributor counters in their assigned territory. This is a field-intensive sales job involving regular market visits, distributor handling, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle distributor and retail counters in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and visibility targets.
  • Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at outlets.
  • Strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Manage order booking, collections, and timely follow-ups.
  • Expand distribution coverage by adding new outlets/distributors.
  • Report competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (Undergraduates with strong sales experience may apply). MBA Freshers are also eligible.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG/Consumer Goods field sales preferred.

  • Good communication & negotiation skills

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 16,000 – 22,000 per month
  • TA/DA (Travel & Daily Allowance): As per company policy
