**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, dealers, contractors) for new business.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide technical information and product demonstrations when required.
- Collect market feedback and report to the sales manager.
- Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any client queries.
- Maintain records of sales calls, client interactions, and product issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Electrical Engineering or related fields).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the electrical or industrial product sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of electrical products (switches, cables, panels, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Negotiation and closing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
