**Position**: Field Sales Officer

**Location**:Indore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**:Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory
- Identify and prospect new customers, retailers, and distributors to drive product distribution and sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships and enhance brand loyalty
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities to educate customers and drive product adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates to management

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in field sales, with a focus on the cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
