Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting HR initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate new hire orientations to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for professional growth.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Support payroll processing and resolve related HR inquiries.
- Utilize HR analytics to improve decision-making and strengthen HR practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Excel, and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
