Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Officer – Spinning located in Udaipur. The Shift Officer will oversee daily spinning operations, coordinate with team members and operators, and ensure the production process runs efficiently and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery performance, identifying and resolving operational issues, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with other departments to achieve production targets. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with organizational procedures and continuously work towards improving processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of spinning operations, yarn production processes, and textile manufacturing
  • Proficiency in managing and monitoring technical equipment and troubleshooting machinery issues
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance standards
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for process optimization
  • Experience in a similar role within the textile industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
