Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

· Identify and generate inquiries for projects within the capital goods, automation, air piping, and compressor industries.

· Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients in the assigned region.

Client Engagement

· Meet with clients to understand their project needs and propose suitable solutions.

· Provide technical consultation and present the benefits of our products and services.

Preparation of Offers

· Prepare and submit quotations/commercial offers to clients.

· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accuracy in pricing and project feasibility.

Travel & Site Visits

· Plan and conduct frequent visits across Eastern India.

· Perform client meetings, site inspections, and project discussions to ensure business growth.

Collaboration & Reporting

· Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure timely execution.

· Maintain sales records, leads, and project updates in the CRM.

· Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

· BE Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

· Minimum 4 years of project sales or industrial equipment sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,198.76 per month
