Regulatory Compliance Oversight:

• Stay abreast of key regulatory requirements applicable to the organization in the current fast evolving and dynamic environment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance across all functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any compliance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Build, implement and maintain policies and procedure for compliance across onboarding, transaction and customer operations

KYC Compliance:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital KYC requirements.
• Assess the current status of KYC processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement new rules and ideas to enhance the organization's KYC strength.

Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention:

• Proactively identify potential Financial Crime and Fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with AML and Fraud analysts to monitor and investigate suspicious activities.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent Financial Crime and Fraud and protect the organization and its customers.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal stakeholders, including product and analytics teams, to ensure alignment on compliance and KYC initiatives.
• Work closely with regulators and external partners to address compliance-related inquiries and requirements.

Decision Making:

• Make informed decisions regarding customer risk mitigation based on compliance checks.
• Conduct market studies to evaluate and deploy new compliance tools with cutting edge technologies.

You will be mining through these tasks

• Graduate and previous experience of at least 5-7 years in AML/KYC such as Onboarding, Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention and Transaction / Trade Surveillance in Banking, Financial Services is essential.
• Ability to build, implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and experience at stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a multi-tasking environment.
• Deliver under pressure and tight time frames.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
