  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions to complex product challenges.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional collaborations.
  • Research and Development (Mandatory skill) crucial for aligning projects with organizational goals and market demands.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage research and development projects from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
