  • Job Purpose Statement

The Manager Infrastructure and Services will be responsible for overseeing all infrastructure-related operations, vendor management, asset tracking, and service contracts across the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities and technical expertise in civil engineering and layout design.

  • Duties & Responsibilities

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Establish and maintain rate contracts with all infrastructure and fixed asset vendors.
  • Maintain a repository of standard BOQs and final quotations from all infra vendors.
  • Ensure updated contact details of all infra vendors are documented and accessible.
  • Maintain and update rate contract copies for Head Office vendors.

Asset Management

  • Prepare and manage MIS of assets procured, including infrastructure and fixed assets.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets MIS and ensure reconciliation with the accounts team.
  • Track branch asset movements, including transfers and disposals.

Project Oversight

  • Monitor and report on ongoing infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure timely updates and escalations for project delays or issues.

Service Contracts & Maintenance

  • Maintain AMC details for Head Office and Pan India locations.
  • Oversee Pest Control AMC and ensure compliance with service schedules.

Financial Oversight

  • Track pending invoice payments and those in process.
  • Coordinate with finance for provisions for OPEX from April 2025.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for infrastructure and services.
