Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer to manage our organization's IT systems, ensure network security, and maintain a robust infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system and network administration, as well as hands-on experience with cybersecurity best practices. This role involves supporting both our Head Office and Factory Office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT hardware including computers, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Configure and monitor Windows/Linux servers – including file, mail, and application servers
  • Setup, configure, and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches, and access points
  • Administer and secure firewalls, VPNs, and monitor network traffic
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, conduct regular security audits, and respond to threats
  • Perform regular backups and conduct disaster recovery drills
  • Monitor overall system performance, health, and uptime
  • Support software installations, updates, and troubleshoot IT-related issues
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and configuration management
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and procurement

Key Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall)
  • Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server, Linux/Ubuntu)
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools and practices (antivirus, SIEM, threat detection)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage IT assets, inventory, and maintain proper documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
