Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Marketplace Advertising & Sales Specialist with a minimum of 2

years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns and sales performance on leading

global online marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

managing product listings, driving paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring

account health compliance across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize return on ad spend

(ROAS), sales growth, and market visibility.

  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis to enhance

campaign performance.

  • Handle product listing optimization, including titles, descriptions, images, and A+

content, to improve discoverability and conversion rates.

  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, taking prompt action to resolve any

violations or issues.

  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and reports to guide strategic

decisions.

  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and best practices related to paid

advertising and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising and sales on major online

marketplace platforms such as , OnBuy, and

  • Strong knowledge of paid campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword management,

and performance metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with account health management and resolving compliance-related

issues.

  • Proficient in using advertising and analytics tools specific to marketplace platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in any of the e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Onbuy & Ebay.
  • Knowledge of automation tools to streamline advertising and reporting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27, ₹37,800.00 per month
