Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Executive Assistant located in Navi Mumbai, with a duration of 3 to 6 months. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks will include handling communications, scheduling, and other administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
  • Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
