Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, assisting with expense reports, providing high-level executive support, and handling various communication and administrative assistance duties on a day-to-day basis. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Expense Reports
  • Executive Support skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
