Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives by managing diaries, organizing meetings, and handling clerical tasks. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and communicating on behalf of the executive. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in Diary Management
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
