Working)Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our team. You will source candidates, manage data entry in Target Recruit, handle reactivation and referrals, and to recruit for placement into US hospitals and nursing homes through high-volume phone calls and emails. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or post-graduates eager to learn.

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with office software and basic administrative tools are required. The ability to work with various technologies is a plus. Responsibilities: Source candidates Data entry for Target Recruit Reactivation Referrals

High volume phone calls and emailing messages To recruit for placement into US hospitals and nursing homes Qualifications: Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essentialMust be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Must be able to work with technologies also Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
