Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an SAP CRM Contracts Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for managing and configuring SAP CRM Contracts, providing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of CRM functionalities. Day-to-day tasks include requirement gathering, customization, testing, and providing support to business users. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to integrate CRM solutions and delivering training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in SAP CRM, CRM Contracts, and technical customization
  • Experience with requirement gathering, system configuration, and integration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT Solutions and Consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
