Key Skills Required:

  • Strong programming skills in FullStack Technologies with- React or Angular or as Frontend and Backend using Python or
  • 5+ years of experience on developing and hosting chatbots on multiple channels (MS Teams, slack, SharePoint, web portal)
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying using either Azure or AWS services
  • Familiarity with Generative AI services and RAG and Agentic applications.
  • Experience with developing REST client services.
  • Good to Have experience with chatbot development platforms and services (e.g., , , Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson).

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbot UI using Frontend Frameworks.
  • Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement them
  • Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Partner with business-facing IT teams developing new business applications based on the modern stack as well as modernizing existing applications
  • Work closely with conversational UI designers to create visually appealing and user friendly chatbot interfaces.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) algorithm and packages.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
  • Basic understanding of Pharma Quality Standards and Practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
