We're looking for an
AI/ML + Full Stack Developer
to help build our data-led web platform and further develop our AI-powered data engine. This hands-on role spans front-end, back-end, and AI/ML integration—developing data workflows, scalable features, and AI-powered applications. Ideal for someone eager to own projects end-to-end and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    full stack web applications
    and the
    data-driven web platform
    using modern frameworks , , Django/FastAPI)
  • Build, train, and deploy
    AI/ML models
    (e.g., NLP, chatbots, predictive analytics) using Python and integrate them into production applications via
    APIs and microservices
  • Enhance the website and data platform by turning
    UI/UX designs (Figma/AI tools)
    into responsive front-end experiences integrated seamlessly to backend services
  • Develop and manage
    data workflows
    : extract, structure, and process data from multiple sources using Python, ensuring efficient database design and queries (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Deploy, host, and optimize applications on
    AWS
    , with performance tuning, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.

Beyond core development, you will:

  • Implement analytics and build internal dashboards to track user behavior and platform health
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to validate product decisions
  • Contribute to programming with AI/ML frameworks, gaining hands-on exposure to LLMs and deep learning techniques
  • Implement security best practices for data protection and access control

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in Full Stack development (internships + projects count)
  • Proficient in
    Python
    for backend scripting, data handling and ML development
  • Hands-on experience with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    , modern frameworks like
    React,,
    etc.
  • Exposure to
    UI/UX implementation
    using Figma, UI kits, or AI design tools (e.g., Framer, WebFlow)
  • Experience building at least one
    AI-powered project
    (e.g., chatbot, NLP tool, recommendation engine) with familiarity in
    ML frameworks
    (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing
  • Understanding of database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), including
    SQL/NoSQL
    and query optimization
  • Knowledge of
    REST APIs, microservices, and server-side integration
  • Experience with
    cloud deployment
    (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and
    DevOps workflows
    (CI/CD pipelines, environment management, automated deployments)
  • Familiarity with
    GitHub
    for version control and collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a
    fast-paced startup environment
