Urgent Required Procurement Executive in MNC for Lonikand Pune location, its near to Kharadi, Pune.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent business knowledge

Required Experience: 1 Yr. to 3 Yrs.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Purchasing Request, Purchasing Orders and Price Change process management based on given rules if

applicable

  • Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time

  • Invoice checking and handling

  • Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems Betti (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools (e.g. Ivoflow Qlik, Action List)

  • RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial

quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)

  • Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)

  • Supplier and internal communication

  • General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and

meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)
