Job Description – HR Executive (Fresher – MBA)

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Experience: Fresher (MBA – HR preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA fresher to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Help in preparing HR reports, letters, and MIS as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance.
  • Provide support in training coordination and other HR initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150, ₹280,000.00 per month
